How can I track my package?
When you place an order through Satechi, you will receive an email confirmation with your product information, shipping method and payment details. When your package leaves our warehouse, you will also receive an automated shipping confirmation with your shipping information and tracking number. You may use your tracking number to monitor the status of your Satechi order.
How long will it take to receive my package?
For international orders, please allow 7-21 business days for packages shipped via First Class Package International and 21-41 business days for USPS Commercial e-Packet.
Why is my shipping delayed?
Customs clearance procedures and inspections can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Satechi is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by extraneous factors (such as weather, inspections, incorrect addresses, labor disputes, and/or transportation problems). We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
What if my package is missing?
If your tracking information says your missing package has been delivered, please check the surrounding area, front office/desk (if available) or check for a notice of attempted delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com if your package still has not arrived after 36 hours past delivery.
Is there a way I can contact the shipping carrier directly?
For domestic USPS shipments, please call Customer Care Center at 1 (800) ASK-USPS (275-8777). For international USPS shipments, please call 1 (800) 222-1811 for recent status.
Who pays Custom duties/taxes?
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, fees, and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) levied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, customs fees, and/or VAT charged by your government, as Satechi has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact the local customs office in the relevant jurisdiction for additional information on customs policies or duties.
