Through customer feedback, we were able to identify that in some cases the On-The-Go Hub will only support 4K @ 30Hz with certain monitors. Although this is not a common issue, we have a firmware update available to resolve the 30Hz video output issue.

Please note: To complete the update you will need a Windows 10 device. 

• Simply plug in your On-The-Go Hub to your Windows device, double-click the file (ST-UCMBAM Video Output Firmware Update.zip) to enter the unzipped folder.

• ​Then, open file ’00_Update_FW.bat', you will see a black command window and a progress bar pop up. When the progress bar reaches 100％, it will disappear which then means the firmware upgrade was successful.
