If you are running into any issues with your Slim X3 Keyboard, we recommend performing a reset.

This reset will reformat the keyboard and may remedy the issues you are experiencing with Bluetooth, Latency, and/or key issues in some cases. 

In order to reset your keyboard, please follow these steps:

1. Turn keyboard off

2. Turn keyboard back on

3. Hold down Fn + Right Shift + Delete

The green LED light on the top right corner of the keyboard should flash. Once the light flashes, this means the keyboard has been reset. You will have to manually pair the keyboard to your computer one more time.
