While our 20W/30W GaN Chargers should technically work with our 2-in-1 Charging Stand, further testing and customer feedback have revealed an issue when using these two products together (our 2-in-1 Stand used with our 20/30W GaN Chargers).

Our 20W or 30W GaN Chargers remain compatible with our 3-in-1 Charging Stand 

We are actively investigating this issue, and an update is expected to roll out in the near future. In the meantime, we recommend using a different USB-C power adapter (that supports 30W and up) or one of the following chargers:

• 108W GaN Charger
• 100W Compact Charger 
• 108W Pro Desktop Charger 
• 75W Dual PD Travel Charger
• 165W GaN Charger
• 200W GaN Charger
