Before moving forward, please try performing a simple reset of the keyboard. This might help the keyboard reformat itself, and hopefully resolve your issue.
In order to reset your keyboard, please follow these steps:
1. Turn keyboard off
2. Turn keyboard back on
3. Hold down Fn + Left Shift + Delete
The LED lights on the top right corner of the keyboard should flash. Once the lights flash, this means the keyboard has been reset. You will have to manually pair the keyboard to your computer one more time.
If this does not help resolve your issue, you can also attempt to pair the keyboard to a different device such as a smartphone or tablet, and verify if the issue occurs on this device as well. If it does, then this can be a good indication that the keyboard itself is defective, and may need to be replaced.
