A. No, this product is only compatible with the 2017 iMac and iMac Pros because it requires Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) ports to connect to the adapter. Older iMacs may or may not have a Thunderbolt 2 output which isn’t the same as the latest Thunderbolt 3 port. If you happen to have an open USB-A port, a USB-C Female to USB-A Male adapter will allow you to connect the Clamp Hub Pro to a model of iMac previous to 2017.
