Why am I not able to use my rewards credit at checkout?
- Check that you are signed in to your Early Adopter rewards account. If you are already logged in, please try to log out/log back in.
- If you are already using a discount code on your order, you will not be able to use additional rewards credits.
- We recommend using either the discount code or rewards credit that gives you the larger discount.
- Please try to clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Note: Shop Pay Express Checkout method currently does not support our rewards platform. We are waiting for this feature to be added - so please stay tuned!
