During initial setup, or after holding down the left outlet button for 12-15 seconds, the flashing blue LED light indicates the Dual Smart Outlet is in Wi-Fi connection mode. Once the Dual Smart Outlet has been connected and is synced to your Home, a solid blue LED light indicates the outlet is on.
