We can confirm that our Type-C Hubs, Adapters & Docking Stations were designed to work best within the Apple ecosystem, however they still will be compatible with most Windows PCs.

Keep in mind, there are different types of USB-C ports, and if the USB-C port on your device does not utilize DisplayPort over USB-C with Alternative Mode, the video output on our adapters may not function properly. If the PC does not utilize Power Delivery 2.0 (or 3.0), pass-through charging will not function through our Type-C adapters.

To check compatibility, please check to see if your device is equipped with a USB-C port that supports one of the following protocols:

USB 3.1 Gen 1/2, USB 3.2 Gen 1/2, USB 3.2 Gen 2x1, USB 3.2 Gen 2x2, Thunderbolt 3, USB4, Thunderbolt 4
