Yes, if your case is compatible with MagSafe or Qi2, it will work with magnetic wireless charging. For the best experience, we suggest using Apple’s official magnetic phone cases. Please try to avoid cases that are thicker than 2.5 mm or those that lack magnetic alignment, as they may affect charging efficiency.

What is the charging frequency of the 3-in-1 Foldable Qi2 Wireless Charging Stand?

The 3-in-1 Foldable Qi2 Wireless Charging Stand operates at the following frequencies:

• Wireless 1: 15W for wireless load at 360 kHz (MPP).
• Wireless 2and 3: 5W for AirPods and Apple Watch at 326.5 kHz.

How come my AirPods aren’t charging wirelessly with the 3-in-1 Foldable Qi2 Wireless Charging Stand?

We can confirm that the second generation of AirPods was available with both the original case and the AirPods Wireless Charging Case, which includes the LED indicator on the outside of the case.

If your AirPods case has the LED indicator inside the case when opening the top, then it is NOT the wireless charging version and must be charged directly connected to a lightning cable. Please use the following image for reference:

How do I use the StandBy Mode feature for iOS with the 3-in-1 Foldable Qi2 Wireless Charging Stand?

As long as the setting on your iOS device has StandBy Mode enabled, simply lock your phone and mount it to the magnetic Qi2 wireless charger, turn your phone sideways horizontally, and the display should switch. There are multiple settings and widgets to choose from to best suit your needs.

Will the 3-in-1 Foldable Qi2 Wireless Charging Stand charge devices from my laptop’s USB-C port?

We highly encourage you to use a USB-C power adapter for a more efficient charging experience with the 3-in-1 Foldable Qi2 Wireless Charging Stand.

This charging stand works best with a minimum of 15W to charge one device and up to a maximum of 45W to charge multiple devices at once. It's important to note that many USB-C ports on laptops typically offer a maximum output of 15W or might not provide any power output, so using a dedicated power adapter is recommended for optimal performance.

Why are there two different variations of the 3-in-1 Foldable Qi2 Wireless Charging Stand?

One SKU (ST-Q31FM-EA) is for regions that use the Type-A, -C, and -G outlet connections. These include, but are not limited to the U.S., Canada, EU, and UK.

The other SKU (ST-Q31FM-AP) is for regions that use the Type-A, -F, and -I outlet connections. These include, but are not limited to the U.S., Japan, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand.

Is the 3-in-1 Foldable Qi2 Wireless Charging Stand compatible with the iPhone 8/X/11/SE?

The stand will only support MagSafe-enabled devices. If there is a MagSafe compatible case or adapter for these legacy devices, then it should allow the device to wirelessly charge with our stand.

Will the 3-in-1 Foldable Qi2 Wireless Charging Stand work with Android Smartphones and non-Apple earbuds and smartwatches?

Android smartphones usually do not have magnets built inside the device. However, there are case companies that make magnetic charging cases for newer released smartphones. You can use these special cases to charge your device to the magnetic charging stand.

Earbuds cases that support wireless charging will charge without any issues. The stand is only compatible with Apple Watches and will not be able to charge smartwatches from other brands.

Will I be able to use the 3-in-1 Foldable Qi2 Wireless Charging Stand with a different charging adapter?

Yes. We recommend using at least a 45W charging adapter. If you have an existing charger with multiple ports on it. Make sure that you are connecting it to a port that will support 45W or higher for the charger to operate correctly.

Will the 3-in-1 Foldable Qi2 Wireless Charging Stand support fast charging Apple Watches?

Yes, the charger supports fast charging to Apple Watch Series 7 -10. Apple Watches Series 1-6 and SE models are still supported and will charge at a normal charging rate. Apple Watch Ultra and Ultra 2 will charge at up to 5W max.

Yes. You can charge all three devices conveniently at the same time.
