Enable Find My on iPhone
Go to Settings Tap Your Name → Find My Tap Find My iPhone and toggle it ON
Additional Setup Requirements
Turn on Bluetooth Ensure Wi-Fi or cellular connection is active Enable Location Services: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Turn On
Pairing Your FindAll™ Device with Find My
Confirm your iPhone is set up with Find My and your FindAll device is powered on. Open the Find My app. Go to Items → Add New Item → Other Supported Item. Once detected, tap Connect and follow onscreen instructions. Name your device and confirm it appears under Items in the Find My app.
Notes:
If not detected, perform a factory reset on your FindAll device and retry. Do not exit the Find My app during pairing.
Removing a FindAll™ Device from Apple ID
Ensure the device is connected. Open the Find My app. In Items, select your FindAll device. Tap Remove Item → Remove to confirm.
Note:
If the device is not connected during removal, it must be factory reset before pairing again.
Locating Your FindAll™ Device
Via Map
Open the Find My app. Tap Items → [Your Device Name]. Tap Directions to view its location in Apple Maps.
Play Sound Alert
In Find My, tap Items. Select your device → Tap Play Sound.
Set Up “Notify When Left Behind”
Open the Find My app. Tap Items → [Your Device Name]. Scroll down → Tap Notify When Left Behind → Turn ON.
Mark as Lost
Open the Find My app. Tap Items → [Your Device Name]. Scroll to Lost Mode → Tap Enable. Tap Continue, enter your phone number or email, then tap Activate.
Charging FAQs
Charge your FindAll device using a Qi or MagSafe-compatible wireless charger (not included). During charging, the status light turns orange. When fully charged, the status light turns green. We recommend fully charging your FindAll device every 3 months for optimal battery health.
Apple Find My Network Support
Works via the Find My app (iPhone, iPad, Mac) or Find Items app (Apple Watch). The “Works with Apple” badge confirms the product meets Apple’s Find My Network specifications. Apple and related terms are trademarks of Apple Inc. iOS is a registered trademark of Cisco.
How do I change the name of my FindAll™ device?
Open the Find My app. Go to Items → [Your Device Name]. Scroll down → Tap Rename Item. Choose from preset names or select Custom Name. Enter custom text or emoji → Tap Done.
Unwanted Tracking Information
If your FindAll device becomes separated and moves with another person, Apple devices may send a tracking alert for safety.

Does FindAll use precision tracking?
No. The Glasses Case does not support precision tracking. This feature is exclusive to Apple’s own devices. It can only provide audible alerts when in Bluetooth range via the Find My app.
Google Find My Device Compatibility
FindAll products are not compatible with Google’s Find My Device network.
They are designed exclusively for Apple’s Find My ecosystem.
