A blinking orange light on the Satechi Quatro Wireless Power Bank means it has detected a foreign object on the wireless charging pad. It usually points to one of two things:

• The device you want to charge is not lined up with the center of the pad.
• Something that does not support Qi wireless charging is sitting on the pad, such as keys, coins, or a metal-backed case.

Remove any extra items and center your device on the pad to start charging.
