First, disconnect the adapter and unplug all connected devices, then restart or shut down your computer. Use a direct HDMI to HDMI connection, as conversion cables and adapters (VGA, DVI, DisplayPort) are not supported. On an Apple silicon Mac, you can also shut down, close the lid, wait 30 seconds, then open and power on. For Ethernet, restart your modem or router, make sure the Ethernet cable is clicked into place, and turn Wi-Fi off in System Settings. If the issue continues, contact support@satechi.com.
