our mouse does not support the battery percentage feature on macOS similar to the Apple Magic Mouse or Trackpad. Our mouse actually notifies you it is low on battery with the LED light found within the scroll wheel.

Even if the mouse is fully charged, macOS will not reflect that because our mouse does not support this feature. (in most cases it will display around 60% even if the mouse is fully charged since our Mice does not support this)
