We can confirm that this remote is compatible with the iPad Pro however having that this is media remote when paired to an Apple device, it will not support Keynote or similar presentation apps - only media control. 

However, when paired with windows, it will support advancing slides via Microsoft PowerPoint. 

Please ensure the presentation file is saved locally to your device and not opened as an attachment. Also, ensure you have created and signed into your Microsoft Office account as usability depends on the subscription or purchase of the software.
