Drivers are not required when using this device with a macOS computer. If you are experiencing issues with Ethernet connectivity, please ensure that the “USB 10/100/1G/2.5G LAN” interface is available in your Network settings under System Preferences.
Also, we suggest resetting your cable modem and router to reestablish the Ethernet connection to the adapter.
