This Quick Start Guide covers setup of the Satechi Aluminum Type-C to HDMI Cable: connects a USB-C or Thunderbolt device to an HDMI display at up to 4K/60Hz.

Setup steps

Step 1: Plug Type-C to HDMI cable into HDMI-equipped external monitor.

Backwards compatible with HDMI 1.4 displays and up.

Step 2: Connect Type-C to HDMI Cable to your USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 device.

USB-C device must support DisplayPort over USB-C connection.

Step 3: The Cable provides stable connection in resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz.

Resolution and refresh rate depend on the host device and external display capabilities.
