What's in the Box

Aluminum Slim Rechargeable Bluetooth Keypad, USB charging cable, user manual.

Step 1: Charge the Keypad

Connect the included USB cable to the keypad's charging port. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. The LED indicator turns off when charging is complete.

Step 2: Turn On and Pair

1. Slide the power switch on the back of the keypad to the ON position.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds until the LED flashes blue.
3. On your Mac, open System Settings > Bluetooth and select "Satechi Keypad" from the list.
4. If prompted, type the pairing code shown on screen using the keypad, then press Enter.

Step 3: Start Using

Once paired, the keypad is ready to use. It functions as a standard numeric keypad with full number pad, arithmetic operators, Tab, Delete, and Enter keys.

Pairing on Windows

Windows requires pairing through the Control Panel (not Bluetooth Settings). See our full guide: Connecting Your Keyboard or Keypad to Windows 10/11

Troubleshooting

Keypad Not Discoverable

Turn the keypad off, wait 5 seconds, turn it back on, and re-enter pairing mode. Make sure no other device is currently connected to the keypad.

Keys Not Responding

Charge the keypad fully. If the issue persists, unpair the device from your Bluetooth settings and pair again.

Num Lock Behavior on Mac

macOS does not use Num Lock the same way as Windows. If keys produce unexpected results, press the Clear/Num Lock key on the keypad to toggle modes.
