This Quick Start Guide covers getting started with the Satechi Vegan-Leather FindAll™ Passport Cover (ST-VPCK ST-VPCW ST-VPCR): charging it, powering it on, and pairing it with the Apple Find My app.

How to set up the Satechi Vegan-Leather FindAll™ Passport Cover

1. Charge your FindAll™ Passport Cover with a MagSafe, Qi or Qi2 wireless charger. Wireless charger not included. The status light will be orange while charging and green when fully charged.

   

2. Ensure your iPhone is set up and your FindAll™ Passport Cover is powered on. To power on, press the power button once. You will hear a confirmation sound, indicating it is turned on.

   

3. Open the Apple Find My app.
4. In the Items tab, tap Add New Item.

   

5. Tap Other Supported Item (your iPhone will search for your FindAll™ Passport Cover).
6. Once "Satechi FindAll™ Passport Cover" is detected, tap Connect.
7. Follow the onscreen steps to name it and register it to your Apple ID.
8. Ensure your FindAll™ Passport Cover appears in Items. If not, remove item and perform a factory reset on the FindAll™ Passport Cover, then reconnect.

Do not leave Apple Find My app while pairing FindAll™ Passport Cover.

How to remove the Vegan-Leather FindAll™ Passport Cover from the Apple Find My app

1. Open the Find My app.
2. Tap the FindAll™ Passport Cover under Items.
3. Tap Remove Item.

   

4. Tap Remove, and confirm to remove.

Vegan-Leather FindAll™ Passport Cover ports and controls

• Power on: press the power button once. You will hear a confirmation sound, indicating it is turned on.
• Power off: quick-press power button 2 times, then long press the 3rd time for at least 5 seconds. You will hear two beeps, indicating your FindAll™ Passport Cover is powered off.

  

• Factory reset: quick-press power button 4 times, then long-press the 5th time for at least 3 seconds. You will hear a confirmation sound, indicating that the factory reset is complete. If unable to pair with a new device, a factory reset must be done.

  

• If your FindAll™ Passport Cover is not paired within 10 minutes, you will hear a beep, and the Passport Cover will automatically power off. Power on to continue pairing.

How to charge the Vegan-Leather FindAll™ Passport Cover

• Battery life up to 8 months on a single charge (may depend on use of the device).
• Recommended to fully charge your FindAll™ Passport Cover once every 6 months.

Vegan-Leather FindAll™ Passport Cover light-emitting diode (LED) indicator meanings

• Orange: Charging
• Green: Fully charged

Important notes for the Vegan-Leather FindAll™ Passport Cover

• Compatible with iOS, iPadOS, and macOS after initial pairing with an iPhone or iPad.
• When device is powered off, you cannot find/view its location.
• Connection range: 10-20m indoors, 20-50m outdoors.
• Do not expose the device to temperatures below -10°C (14°F) or above 35°C (95°F).
• Do not expose the device to an open flame or submerge it in water as this will damage the device.
