Can the USB-C Combo Hub for Desktop be used as a standalone device charger?

No, the USB-C Combo Hub for Desktop functions as a USB hub only, to connect USB 3.0, 2.0, and USB 1.1 devices to your computer. It is not a standalone device charger.

Are there any compatibility issues with wireless devices when using the USB-C Combo Hub for Desktop?

Yes, please note that 2.4GHz wireless devices, such as wireless keyboard and mouse adapters, may not work near USB 3.0 devices or hubs. Connecting to a USB 2.0 port is recommended to avoid interference.

What are the dimensions and weight of the USB-C Combo Hub for Desktop?

What is the data transfer speed of the USB-C Combo Hub for Desktop?

The USB-C Combo Hub for Desktop supports data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gbps.

My SD or MicroSD cards are not detected, what cards are supported?

Please note: Both SD and MicroSD cards must be inserted chip facing up, label/sticker facing down. 

Our USB-C Combo Hub supports both UHS-I and UHS-II SD/MicroSD cards but at UHS-I speeds. (2TB max) 

Will this hub work when used with a USB-A to USB-C adapter to connect to an older iMac or Windows Computer?

Yes. It will work when you use a USB-A to USB-C adapter. 

Does the SD card readers support UHS-2?

 Unfortunately, the Aluminum USB 3.0 Hub & Card Reader will not support UHS-2. 

What amperage are the USB ports capable of charging devices at?

The USB ports are standard 5v at 1.5A.

How fast is the card reader?

The Micro and SD card reader has speeds up to 104 Mb/s.

How long is the USB cable on this Hub?

The USB-C connecting cable is approximately 12.5". It is not detachable cable.
