This Quick Start Guide covers setup of the Satechi Type-C Dual HDMI Adapter: a USB-C adapter with dual HDMI output and a USB-C pass-through charging port.

Setup steps

Step 1: Plug in the Type-C Dual HDMI Adapter to your device’s two USB-C ports.

LED indicator light will illuminate when connected

Step 2: Insert two HDMI cables into the adapter’s dual HDMI ports.

HDMI 2.0 cable is recommended for optimal functionality

Step 3: Connect the cables to your HDMI-enabled monitors for extended 4K HDMI display.

Supports only direct HDMI to HDMI connection. Does not support DVI/VGA

Step 4: Connect charger to pass through port to charge your device.

Max output: 60W

Step 5: We recommend using the included silicone cover when connecting two 4K 60Hz monitors with power, as max operating temperatures may range up to 52°C/126°F.

Note: DEPENDING ON COMPUTER'S TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, STREAMING AT 4K 60HZ FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME MAY CAUSE A SLIGHT LAG IN VIDEO OUTPUT.
