Quick Start Guide
What's in the Box
Type-C Dual Multimedia Adapter, user manual.
Step 1: Connect the Adapter
The adapter has two USB-C connectors. Plug both into your MacBook's two USB-C/Thunderbolt ports. Both connections are required for the adapter to function fully.
Step 2: Connect Your Devices
- 2x HDMI: Connect up to two external monitors at up to 4K @ 30Hz each.
- 2x USB 3.0 Type-A: Plug in flash drives, mice, keyboards, or external hard drives.
- 1x USB-C PD: Connect your MacBook charger for pass-through charging (up to 60W).
- SD / Micro SD: Insert memory cards for file transfer.
- Ethernet: Connect an Ethernet cable for wired networking.
Step 3: Verify Display Output
macOS should detect external monitors automatically. If not, go to System Settings > Displays to configure arrangement, resolution, and mirroring.
Important Notes
This adapter uses both USB-C ports on your MacBook. If your Mac has more than two USB-C ports (e.g., MacBook Pro 14" or 16"), you can still use the remaining ports for other accessories.
No drivers required on macOS or Windows.
Troubleshooting
One Monitor Not Detected
Make sure both USB-C connectors are firmly seated. Try a different HDMI cable. Disconnect and reconnect the adapter.
