What's in the Box

Trio Wireless Charging Pad with Magnetic Pad, USB-C cable, power adapter (varies by model), user manual.

Step 1: Connect Power

Plug the included USB-C cable into the charging pad and connect the other end to the included power adapter. Plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The LED indicator should briefly light up to confirm power.

Step 2: Place Your Devices

The Trio Wireless Charging Pad has three charging surfaces:

Magnetic Pad (Qi2/MagSafe): Align your iPhone 12 or later (or any MagSafe-compatible device) on the magnetic charging area. Magnets will snap it into position.
Second Wireless Pad: Place a Qi-compatible device (phone, earbuds case) on the second charging surface.
Apple Watch Charger: Set your Apple Watch on the dedicated Watch charging puck.

Step 3: Confirm Charging

An LED indicator on the charger shows charging status. Check your device screen for the charging animation. If a device is not charging, reposition it on the pad to ensure proper alignment.

Tips for Best Performance

Remove thick cases (over 3mm) or metal cases before wireless charging.
Do not place credit cards, key fobs, or other magnetic items between the device and the pad.
Use the included power adapter for full charging speed. Third-party adapters may reduce wattage.
The pad may feel warm during use. This is normal.

Troubleshooting

Device Not Charging

Reposition the device to center it on the charging coil. Remove the case if it is thick or contains metal. Try a different cable and adapter to rule out power supply issues.

Charging Is Slow

Ensure you are using the included power adapter. When charging three devices simultaneously, total power is shared and individual charging speeds may decrease.
