Getting a Discount Code
Can I get a promo code or coupon?
Satechi does not provide promo codes on request through customer support or chat. Promotional codes and discounts are distributed exclusively through our official channels: email newsletter, SMS text alerts, social media campaigns, and seasonal sales events.
Welcome Offer: 15% Off Your First Order
New customers who sign up for the Satechi email newsletter at satechi.com receive a 15% off welcome code for their first order. The discount requires a minimum order of $50 before tax and shipping. The code is sent via email after signup and applies to first-time purchasers only.
SMS Offer: $10 Off Your Next Order
Existing email subscribers who also sign up for Satechi SMS text alerts receive a $10 off code for their next order (minimum $50). This applies to second or later orders only, and the code will be sent via text message.
Using Promo Codes
How do I apply a promo code?
1. Add items to your cart at satechi.com.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. On the checkout page, look for the "Discount code" field (usually located on the right side or at the top of the order summary).
4. Enter your code exactly as it was provided (codes are case-sensitive) and click Apply.
5. The discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete the purchase.
Can I combine multiple codes?
No. Only one promo code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be stacked or combined with other discount codes, coupons, or loyalty reward points. You may use either a coupon code or loyalty points on a single order, but not both. Add-On Bundle pricing is automatically removed if a coupon code or loyalty points are applied.
Troubleshooting
My promo code is not working
Check the following:
1. Typos: Promo codes are case-sensitive. Copy and paste the code if possible.
2. Expiration: The code may have expired. Check the email or text message for an expiration date.
3. Already used: Most codes are single-use. If you have already redeemed it, it will not work again.
4. Minimum purchase: Some codes require a minimum order amount (typically $50).
5. Exclusions: Codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases, taxes, or shipping charges.
6. Prior purchases: Codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.
If you have verified all of the above and the code still does not work, contact our Technical Support team with the code and a screenshot of the error message.
Do you offer a military discount?
Satechi does not currently offer a dedicated military discount program. However, we frequently run promotional sales and offer discounts through our newsletter and SMS channels. Sign up at satechi.com to be notified of upcoming deals.
