Getting Started
Setup Guide
Get up and running in minutes.

Connect power
Plug the included power adapter into the DC port first. The dock requires its own power supply.

Connect to your Mac
Use the included Thunderbolt cable from the host port to your Mac. Click Allow Accessories when prompted.

Connect displays
Use USB-C to HDMI or DisplayPort cables to the rear Thunderbolt ports. Arrange in System Settings → Displays.

Connect peripherals
Plug in drives, keyboards, mice, and Ethernet. Everything is plug-and-play.
Display compatibility: Base M1/M2/M3 MacBook Air supports one external display only. MacBook Pro supports dual displays natively.

Troubleshooting
Resolve the most common issues in minutes.
 Not charging through the dock
→ Confirm the power adapter is connected to the DC port and the wall outlet is live.
→ Use the included Thunderbolt cable ; not a USB-C data-only cable.
→ Connect to the host port, not a downstream port.
 Monitor not detected
→ Monitors must be connected to the rear Thunderbolt ports, not the front host port.
→ Use a USB-C to HDMI 2.0+ cable ; passive adapters may not work at 4K.
→ Go to System Settings → Displays → Detect Displays.
 USB device not recognised
→ Unplug the Thunderbolt cable, wait 10 sec, reconnect ; resets the USB controller.
→ Try a different port on the dock.
 Dock not recognised at all
→ Use the included Thunderbolt cable ; third-party cables may be data-only.
→ Try a different Thunderbolt port on your Mac.
→ Disconnect dock from power 30 sec, reconnect, then reconnect to Mac.
