We can confirm that the second generation of AirPods was available with both the original case and

the AirPods Wireless Charging Case, which includes the LED indicator on the outside of the case.

If your AirPods case has the LED indicator inside the case when opening the top, then it is NOT the wireless charging version and must be charged directly connected to a lightning cable. Please use the following image for reference:

May I charge any other devices with the Magnetic Charging Cable?

Our USB-C Magnetic Charging Cable uses Qi-wireless charging technology and can still charge other devices wirelessly without the magnetic "snap" feature if they are placed on a flat, stable surface. The indicator light will slowly fade in and out to indicate it is charging and will blink on and off if there is a charging error.

Will this Magnetic Charger reach 15 Watts on the new iPhone 12 or 12 Pro?

Our USB-C Magnetic Wireless Charger will output 7.5w max, when connected to a power supply that provides 18w or more. 

Will this Magnetic Wireless Charger work with older iPhone models?

If your device does not support the new MagSafe feature such as the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro, it will be required for you to purchase the Magnetic Sticker along with the Magnetic Charging Cable, in order for the charger to function properly. 

If the Magnetic Sticker is not purchased with the Magnetic Charger, the charger will not click into place and may not charge your devices correctly.
