What is the max wattage this charger supports?

The max wattage this charger supports is 2.5W (Apple Watch & Airpods Section) 

*It will not support fast charging.

Can I charge my Airpods and Apple Watch at the same time?

A. Unfortunately, our USB-C 2-in-1 Wireless Charging Dock for Apple Watch and Airpods cannot be used simultaneously. When used with the most common power adapters, the charging dock is seated horizontally and would not support an additional device.

Do I have to use any software with the charging dock?

No, the USB-C 2 in 1 Wireless Charging Dock for Apple Watch and AirPods does not require any software to be installed for use.

Just plug and charge!

Is this compatible with the iPhone 15 Pro Max?

Yes, we can confirm that the 2-in-1 Charging Dock for the Apple Watch and AirPods is compatible with the iPhone 15 Pro Max. 

Please note: when connected to an iPhone 15 for charging, it is limited to 1W. We recommend connecting the Charging Dock to a Thunderbolt port or Power Adapter to achieve full charging speeds. 

(AirPods: 5W, Apple Watch: 2.5W) 

How do I know if my AirPods are compatible?

A. First, knowing what generation of AirPods you have is important. Our 2-in-1 USB-C charger is compatible with these models of Airpods:

• AirPods (3rd generation) with MagSafe Charging Case
• AirPods with Wireless Charging Case (2nd generation)
• AirPods (2nd generation)
• Wireless Charging Case for AirPods

If you have the wireless charging case, then it should have an LED light on the front of the case, that will light up orange (temporarily) when it is charging, and green when fully charged.
