Does this charger come with multiple charging cables?
Unfortunately, the 40W Car Charger does not include any cables. You will need to purchase them separately or use any compatible cables you currently own.
Why is my car not powering this charger when connected?
This may indicate that your car’s cigarette lighter port does not provide sufficient voltage to power the charger. As long as your vehicle supports 12V or more, the charger should function without issue.
Does this come in different colors?
This charger is currently only available in one color option.
How do I know the charger is on?
There is an LED light on the charger that illuminates to confirm it is receiving power once plugged into your car's 12V cigarette lighter port (12-24V).
