It is not recommended to leave the Duo Wireless Charger Power Stand plugged in once it is fully charged. For optimal battery health and safety, you should unplug the power bank when it is not in use.

Is it compatible with devices that have thick cases or metal attachments?

Yes, the charger can wirelessly charge devices even through cases up to approximately 3 mm thick. If a device doesn’t support Qi charging or is positioned incorrectly, the LED indicator will flash orange to indicate charging is not occurring.

Is it safe to leave devices on the stand overnight?

Yes. The Duo Wireless Charger Power Stand is equipped with built-in safety features such as overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and temperature control to protect your devices, making overnight charging safe.

What does the blinking light mean on the LED indicator of the Duo Wireless Charger Power Stand?

The blinking light typically indicates that a foreign object has been detected. This could mean the device you're trying to charge is misaligned, or an item that doesn’t support wireless charging is placed on the charging area.

We also recommend gently wiping the wireless charging surface with a clean, damp cloth to ensure there’s no debris interfering with the connection.
