Product Overview
Charges a phone and a set of AirPods wirelessly at the same time, with no wall outlet involved, and props the phone up at a viewing angle while it does it. The front pad folds up into a stand that holds a phone in portrait, the AirPods pad sits underneath it, and the USB-C port charges a third device by cable or refills the stand's own battery.
Setup
Charge the Duo Wireless Charger Power Stand fully before you use it for the first time. There is no app, driver or pairing step.
- Charge the stand: Plug the included USB-C cable into the USB-C port and charge the stand until all four battery LEDs are lit. The LEDs flash white while it charges.
- Turn it on: Click the power button on the side once. Both wireless chargers become active, and the battery LEDs light up and then go out again.
- Charge a phone: Fold the front pad up and stand the phone against it in portrait, or lay the phone flat on the pad. The phone pad delivers up to 10W, and up to 7.5W on an iPhone.
- Charge AirPods: Lift the phone pad to reach the second pad underneath and set the AirPods case on it. It charges at up to 5W and holds that 5W even while the phone pad is in use.
- Charge a third device by cable: Use the USB-C port to charge a USB-C phone or tablet, up to 18W out.
- Turn it off: Hold the power button for 5 seconds. The battery LEDs flash three times and the stand switches off.
Note: The stand switches itself off after 5 minutes of inactivity, or if it cannot detect a device. Click the power button once to bring it back.
Ports and Features
Parts labeled diagram of the Duo Wireless Charger Power Stand with 6 labeled components.
1. Qi Charger for iPhone (Max. 10W): The Qi pad on the front panel, which folds up so a phone can stand against it in portrait. Up to 10W, and up to 7.5W on an iPhone. Cases up to 5 mm thick are fine.
2. Wireless Charging Indicator: The light strip along the front edge of the base. A breathing blue light means one device is charging wirelessly. A blue light that travels left to right means both pads are in use and both devices were detected. A flashing orange light is foreign object detection: whatever is on the pad either does not support wireless charging or is not lined up with the coil.
3. Qi Charger for AirPods (Max. 5W): The second Qi pad, underneath the phone panel. Lift the phone panel to reach it. Up to 5W, and it keeps that 5W even while the phone pad is charging. The AirPods case has to be a wireless charging case.
4. USB-C Port (Input / Output Max. 18W): The single USB-C port on the back edge, and it works both directions: up to 18W in to recharge the stand, or up to 18W out to charge a USB-C phone or tablet by cable. With both wireless pads also in use, the port gives 10W out.
5. Power Button: The button on the side. One click switches the stand on and shows the battery level. Holding it for 5 seconds switches the stand off, and the battery LEDs flash three times on the way. One click while it is already on shows the battery level again.
6. Battery Level Indicators: Four dots to the left of the USB-C port. One dot is 25 percent, two is 50 percent, three is 75 percent and four is 100 percent. They come on when you switch the stand on and turn off again after 15 seconds.

Important Limitations
Before using your Power Bank for the first time, fully charge it. Charge it over USB-C until all four battery LEDs are lit.
To preserve lifespan, use and recharge your battery at least once every 4 months. Top it up even during stretches when you are not using the stand.
Do not place any metallic objects onto the charger. Metal on a wireless pad triggers the orange foreign object light, and nothing charges until it is removed.
Keep your battery dry and away from moisture and corrosive materials.
Output per pad drops when everything is charging at once. On its own the phone pad gives up to 10W and the USB-C port up to 18W. With the phone pad, the AirPods pad and the USB-C port all in use, the split is 5W to the phone pad, 5W to the AirPods pad and 10W out of the USB-C port.
Cases thicker than 5 mm can stop wireless charging. Take the case off if a device will not start charging on either pad.
The rear pad needs an AirPods case that supports wireless charging. A case without wireless charging will not charge there, and the orange foreign object light may flash instead.
The stand powers itself off after 5 minutes if it does not detect a device. That is the auto shutoff working, not a fault. Click the power button once to switch it back on.
