What charging protocols does the charger support?
USB-C ports 1 and 2 support PD 3.1 charging, while USB-C ports 3 through 6 support PD 3.0.
Why did my device stop charging?
The 200W GaN Charger automatically detects connected devices and redistributes power to meet their requirements. If a device stops charging, follow these steps:
- Unplug all devices and cables from the charger.
- Reconnect devices one at a time, starting with the highest power device on the top port (PD1).
When charging six devices, power is distributed as follows:
65W + 45W + 20W + 20W + 20W + 20W

Total Output Power: 200W Max
What are the standard operating temperatures?
The charger operates safely between 86-122°F (30-50°C). It may feel slightly warm during use depending on the devices connected. This is normal and does not affect performance or device safety. We recommend using original or certified charging cables.
Does the charger come with cables?
No, charging cables are sold separately. For best performance, we recommend using certified cables. Our 100W USB-C to USB-C Charging Cable pairs perfectly with this charger.
Can I charge my Microsoft Surface Pro X?
Yes. Please connect it to the “USB 3.1 Gen 2” port, not the standard USB-C port, for proper charging. Using the original charging cable is recommended.
Is the 200W charger compatible with Google devices?
Yes. While designed primarily for Apple devices, the charger also supports most Windows and Google devices.
For Pixel devices:
• When charging only Pixel devices, use PD1 or PD2.
• When charging multiple devices, Pixels will charge on PD5 and PD6.
Why is my 16-inch MacBook Pro (M2 Pro) only showing 100W charging?
The MacBook Pro 16-inch (M2 Pro) can reach up to 140W charging when it is the only device connected. When multiple devices are connected, output for the MacBook Pro will adjust to 100W depending on power distribution.
To achieve 140W with a single device, we recommend using the included MagSafe 3 cable.
What is the length of the US plug cable?
The included C5 US outlet cable measures 59 inches (150 cm).
Can this charger be used as a portable solution?
Yes. The 200W GaN Charger is compact and designed for travel, allowing you to charge multiple devices without carrying several adapters or a power strip. Please note, it is not a power bank and must be plugged into a wall outlet to function.
Can I lay the charger flat or stand it upright?
Yes. The charger includes four rubber feet for flat placement and a stand in the package that allows you to position it upright.
Can I use the charger to charge a power bank?
Yes. The charger supports charging power banks. When using all six ports, connect your highest-power device to the top port (PD1) for optimal performance.
