Important Notes
- Base-model M1/M2 MacBooks support only one external display.
- Base-model M3 MacBook Air and Pro support two external displays only when the lid is closed (Clamshell Mode).
- Thunderbolt 5 is supported only on Windows 11 PCs, not on Windows 10. Please provide the specific Windows PC model to verify compatibility of the model version and its technical specifications.
Not Compatible
- MacBook Neo (A18 Pro) ; Equipped with USB-C but does not support Thunderbolt protocols. Thunderbolt features and multi-display output will not function correctly.
- iPads and iPhones with Lightning connectors
- Devices without USB-C or Thunderbolt
