Setup Guide

Get up and running quickly.

1	Connect to your Mac Plug the USB-C cable into your MacBook. Click Allow Accessories if prompted.

2	Connect displays Use a USB-C to HDMI cable for external monitors. Go to System Settings → Displays.

3	Connect peripherals Plug in drives, keyboards, mice and other USB accessories.

Troubleshooting

Resolve the most common issues in minutes.

Display not detected

→ Confirm hub is connected to your Mac.

→ Use a USB-C to HDMI 2.0 cable.

→ System Settings → Displays → Detect Displays.

→ Restart Mac with display connected.

USB device not recognised

→ Reconnect the hub to your Mac.

→ Try the device on a different port.

→ Test device directly on Mac to confirm it works.

Not charging Mac

→ Hub must support Power Delivery on the host port.

→ Use a USB-C power adapter plugged into the hub's PD port.
