Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping
Typically arrives in 5 to 7 business days. Perfect if you're not in a rush. Included free on orders over a certain amount (check your order details).
Express Shipping
Arrives in 2 to 3 business days. Great for urgent orders. Additional fee applies based on destination.
Overnight Shipping
Next business day delivery (if ordered before 2 PM ET). Most expensive option. Use for time-sensitive orders.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Visit satechi.com during checkout to see if your country is available. International shipping typically takes 10 to 21 business days depending on destination.
Important: Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are collected by the shipping carrier or customs office, not by Satechi. You'll be responsible for these fees upon delivery. The amount depends on your country's import regulations and the declared value of your order.

Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor delivery progress on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Tracking updates in real-time as your package moves.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, wait an additional 2 to 3 business days. If it still hasn't arrived, contact support@satechi.com with your order number and tracking number. We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.
