How to Return or Exchange a Satechi Product
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be in original condition with all included accessories and packaging.
What We Accept for Return
- Unopened, unused items in original packaging
- Opened items that are unused and in like-new condition
- Defective items covered under our 2-year warranty
What We Don't Accept
- Items outside the 30-day return window (except warranty claims)
- Heavily used or damaged items
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Custom or personalized items
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Email support@satechi.com with your order number and reason for the return (defective, wrong item, change of mind, etc.).
Step 2: Our support team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return shipping label (if eligible).
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or similar protective packaging). Attach the return label to the outside.
Step 4: Drop off at your carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Keep the receipt as proof of shipment.
Refund Timeline
After we receive your return, we inspect the item and process your refund within 7 to 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to reflect the credit.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange for a different product, email support@satechi.com instead of initiating a return. We'll arrange to ship the new item first, then you can return the original. This avoids downtime.
Warranty Returns (Defective Items)
If your item is defective and covered under our 2-year warranty, follow the same process. We'll provide a prepaid return label. Once received and inspected, we'll ship a replacement or offer a refund at our discretion.
