Setup and Troubleshooting
Assembly
The stand arrives fully assembled and ready to use. Simply unpack, place on your desk, and adjust the vertical supports to your laptop width.
Proper Placement
Position the stand on a flat, level surface away from desk edges. The weighted base is designed to be stable, but placing it near the edge increases tipping risk.
Adjusting Vertical Supports
Each side has an adjustment knob. To change width, loosen both knobs equally. Slide supports outward for wider laptops, inward for narrower devices. Tighten securely when positioning is correct.
Preventing Wobbling
If the stand wobbles, check that it's on a flat surface and both adjustment knobs are tightened equally. If wobbling persists, verify that both laptops are positioned symmetrically.
Protecting Your Laptops
The rubber pads on the vertical supports protect your laptop finish. Inspect pads periodically for wear. If pads become worn, contact support for replacement pads.
Weight Capacity
The stand safely supports up to two laptops totaling 15 kg (33 lbs). Do not exceed this weight limit to prevent tipping.
Stand Tipping
If your stand tips easily, reduce the width spread or move to a flatter, more stable surface. Ensure the base is making full contact with your desk.
Laptop Not Fitting
Adjust the vertical supports wider to accommodate larger laptops. Maximum width is approximately 300 mm. Some larger laptops may not fit; measure your device first.
Cosmetic Maintenance
Wipe the aluminum base and supports with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or excessive moisture which can damage the finish.
