Setup

Important Notes
Charging up to 100W: This cable supports up to 100W USB Power Delivery. To achieve 100W charging, both the power adapter and the device must also support 100W PD. The cable cannot exceed the wattage supported by either end.
Data transfer is limited to USB 2.0 (480 Mbps): This is a charging-optimized cable. Data transfer speeds are limited to USB 2.0 (480 Mbps) and are not suitable for high-speed data transfers.
Video output is not supported: This cable does not support video output to external monitors or displays. It is not an alt-mode video cable.

Yes, provided your USB-C power adapter and laptop both support 100W USB Power Delivery. The cable supports up to 100W PD.
Why are my data transfer speeds slow?
