Parts Reference
1. USB-C Port β USB-C power input at the rear of the pad. Connect the included USB-C cable here and plug the other end into the included power adapter.
2. Foldable Apple Watch Charger (5W) (Fast Charging*) β The magnetic Apple Watch charging puck on the left side of the pad. Charges all Apple Watch models at standard speed; fast charging at 5W is available on Apple Watch Series 7, 8, 9, 10, Ultra, and Ultra 2 only.
3. Wireless Charger for AirPods (5W Max) β The center wireless charging pad for AirPods. Place AirPods (with wireless charging case) here to charge at up to 5W.
4. Qi2 Magnetic Wireless Charger (15W Max) β The round Qi2 magnetic disc on the right stand. Charges Qi2 and MagSafe compatible iPhones at up to 15W. Built-in magnets align automatically with MagSafe-compatible phones.
5. Adjustable Folding Hinges β The hinges at both sides of the pad allow the charger to fold flat for travel and unfold to the upright working position.
6. LED Indicator β Lights up at the front of the pad when connected to power and active. Will blink if an unexpected object is detected on the Qi2 or AirPods charging surfaces.
Setup
The Qi2 Trio Wireless Charging Pad is plug-and-play β no drivers required.
Step 1: Attach the appropriate plug adapter to the included power adapter (see Changing the Plug Adapter section below if needed).
Step 2: Connect the included USB-C cable to the USB-C port (Port 1) at the rear of the pad.
Step 3: Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to the included power adapter and plug into a wall outlet.
Step 4: The LED indicator will light up when the pad is powered.
Step 5: Place your Qi2 or MagSafe-compatible iPhone on the Qi2 charging disc (Port 4). The magnets will snap it into alignment and charging begins automatically.
Step 6: Place your Apple Watch on the Apple Watch charger puck (Port 2).
Step 7: Place your AirPods (with wireless charging case) on the center AirPods pad (Port 3).
Changing the Plug Adapter
Step 1: Fold the default US plug flat so that the outlet connectors face upward.
Step 2: Align the international adapter with the US plug and snap it into place. The adapter should sit flush with the top of the power adapter.
Step 3: To remove the adapter, push upward until the adapter snaps off.
Important Notes
Use the included power adapter and cable for optimal performance: A minimum of 36W input is required. Always use the included power adapter and USB-C cable. Using a lower-wattage adapter will reduce charging performance across all three charging positions.
15W charging requires a Qi2 or MagSafe compatible phone: Only Qi2 and MagSafe-compatible smartphones (iPhone 12 and later) will charge at up to 15W. Standard Qi phones will charge at lower speeds.
Apple Watch fast charging (5W) is only supported on Series 7 and later: Fast charging at 5W is available on Apple Watch Series 7, Series 8, Series 9, Series 10, Ultra, and Ultra 2. Earlier Apple Watch models charge at standard speed.
LED will blink if an unexpected object is detected: If the LED blinks, remove any metallic or non-compatible objects from the Qi2 charging disc or the AirPods pad and replace with a compatible device.
Keep away from water and other liquids.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the maximum wireless charging speed for my iPhone?
Qi2 and MagSafe compatible iPhones charge at up to 15W on the Qi2 charging disc (Port 4). Standard Qi phones charge at lower speeds.
Which Apple Watch models support fast charging?
Fast charging at 5W is supported on Apple Watch Series 7, Series 8, Series 9, Series 10, Ultra, and Ultra 2. Earlier models charge at standard speed.
Can I charge all three devices at the same time?
Yes. All three charging positions can be used simultaneously when the pad is powered by the included 36W power adapter.
What power adapter do I need?
Use the included power adapter for best results. It provides at least 36W of input. If using a third-party adapter, it must provide at least 36W via USB-C.
Does this work with non-Apple phones?
Yes. Any Qi2-compatible Android phone will charge at up to 15W. Standard Qi phones will charge at reduced speeds, but magnetic alignment will not be active.
Why is the LED blinking?
A blinking LED indicates an unexpected object was detected on the Qi2 or AirPods charging surface. Remove all items from those pads and place only compatible devices.
