If the keyboard or the mouse on the Slim Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo (models CEX3 and CEX1) is not responding, work through these steps:
- Confirm the keyboard or the mouse is charged. Charge the unit with the included USB-C cable if the battery may be low.
- Confirm Bluetooth is enabled on the device you are connecting to, such as your Mac, PC, or tablet.
- Confirm the keyboard or the mouse is powered on.
- If the keyboard or the mouse is still not responding, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to reset the connection, then pair the unit again.
