To reset the Slim EX Wireless Mouse, please follow the steps below.

1. Set the mouse to Bluetooth channel 1
2. Turn off the mouse
3. Hold down the middle mouse button while turning the mouse back on

4. Keep holding until all three channel indicator lights turn on
