macOS does not report the battery level for the Slim EX Wireless Mouse, so you will not see a battery percentage for the mouse on a Mac. This is normal and does not mean anything is wrong with the mouse. The Slim EX Wireless Mouse still works as usual; only the battery readout is unavailable on macOS.
