This User Manual covers setup, port reference, and troubleshooting for the Satechi OntheGo™ 67W Slim Wall Charger (ST-COTG67K-US / ST-COTG67R-US / ST-COTG67W-US). The OntheGo™ 67W Slim Wall Charger is an ultra-compact Gallium Nitride (GaN) wall charger with two USB-C ports that fits easily into any bag for on-the-go charging.

Setup

1. Rotate the AC prongs outward to expose the wall plug.
2. Plug the OntheGo™ 67W Slim Wall Charger into a standard wall outlet.
3. Insert USB-C charging cables (sold separately) into the charger's USB-C port(s).
4. Connect your devices to the cables — charging begins automatically.

Port Reference and Power Allocation

The OntheGo™ 67W Slim Wall Charger features two USB-C PD ports that share up to 67W total.

• Port 1 (top) — Up to 67W when used alone. Recommended for USB-C laptops, MacBook Air, iPad Pro, or other high-wattage devices.
• Port 2 (bottom) — Up to 20W when Port 1 is also in use.
• Both ports active — Up to 45W (Port 1) + 20W (Port 2) shared dynamically.

Troubleshooting

• Device not charging — Ensure the USB-C cable is fully connected. Verify the cable supports USB-C Power Delivery. Try a different cable.
• Charging speed slower than expected — Both ports share the 67W limit. Disconnect the second device to maximize speed on the primary device.
• Charger is warm — Normal under load. Do not block ventilation or cover the charger.
