If the Slim LX Wired Mouse is not detected, or the cursor lags or moves inconsistently, try these steps:
- Plug the mouse into a different USB port.
- Restart your computer and reconnect the mouse.
- Connect the mouse directly, avoiding USB hubs or adapters while troubleshooting.
- Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
- Use the mouse on a non-reflective surface or a mouse pad.
