Yes. The USB-C to HDMI 2.1 8K Cable is backward compatible, so it works with both HDMI 2.0 and HDMI 2.1 ports. On an HDMI 2.0 connection it supports up to 4K at 60Hz. On an HDMI 2.1 connection it supports up to 4K at 120Hz or 8K at 60Hz. Older HDMI ports and devices still work, just at their own maximum specs.
