Product Overview
The Satechi Triple 4K Display Docking Station is a USB-C docking station that expands a single host connection into thirteen ports, letting the Triple 4K Display Docking Station power a host device, connect wired peripherals, and drive up to three external 4K displays at once. The Triple 4K Display Docking Station connects to a host laptop or desktop using the included USB-C to USB-C host cable, and a USB-A adapter is attached to the cable for host devices that only have a USB-A port. The Triple 4K Display Docking Station is powered by its own 130W power adapter and can deliver Power Delivery charging of up to 100W to the connected host device through the Host Port. Driving all three external displays from the Triple 4K Display Docking Station at once requires the DisplayLink software to be installed on the host device.
Setup
- Connect the included 130W power adapter to a wall outlet and to the DC Port on the Triple 4K Display Docking Station.
- Connect the included USB-C to USB-C host cable from the Host Port on the Triple 4K Display Docking Station to a USB-C port on the host device. If the host device only has a USB-A port, use the USB-A adapter attached to the host cable instead.
- Download and install the DisplayLink software on the host device by visiting satechi.com/pages/displaylink-instructions. The DisplayLink software is required for the Triple 4K Display Docking Station to output video to all three connected displays.
- Connect displays, storage, and other peripherals to the appropriate ports on the Triple 4K Display Docking Station.
