If the twist-off door on your Satechi USB4 Slim NVMe SSD Enclosure will not fit back on, it is most likely not aligned correctly. The door fits in only one orientation.

How to reseat the door

1. Line up the arrow on the door with the matching mark on the enclosure.
2. Set the door in place in that orientation.
3. Twist gently to lock it.
