Some monitors only receive 4K at 30Hz from the adapter. This is uncommon, but a firmware update is available to resolve it. You need a Windows 10 computer to run the update.

1. Plug the hub into your Windows device.
2. Download and unzip the firmware file, then open the unzipped folder.
3. Open the file 00_Update_FW.bat. A black command window and a progress bar will appear.
4. When the progress bar reaches 100% and disappears, the update is complete.
