On an iPhone or iPad, open Control Center by swiping down from the top-right of the screen. Plug your 3.5mm headphones or speakers into the hub's aux port, then select "USB PnP Audio Device" or "General USB Audio Device" as the output. The aux port supports most 3.5mm headphones, speakers, and microphones. If it still does not work, contact support@satechi.com.
