Try reinitializing the hub:
- Disconnect the hub and unplug all connected devices.
- Restart your computer with the hub disconnected.
- After it powers on, reconnect the hub and check if the issue continues.
On an Apple silicon Mac, you can also shut down, close the lid, wait 30 seconds, then open the lid and power on. Also restart your modem or router, make sure the Ethernet cable is clicked into place, and turn Wi-Fi off in System Settings.
