The USB 3.2 Gen 2 data port (10 Gbps) provides about 10W, and the Thunderbolt 4 ports provide up to 15W. These ports are mainly for data (flash drives, external hard drives) but can slowly charge smaller devices. The Thunderbolt 4 ports can even charge a connected USB-C device when the hub is not attached to a host.
